Bart Kondrat and Colette Forde are based in Cork City performing as an acoustic duo writing soul/country/blues fusion. They quit their full time jobs in September 2013 to become full time, professional working musicians and speedily establishing themselves as an act to be seen and not forgotten.
Between them, their experience boasts of: festivals for up to 50, 000 people in England, Asia and most of Eastern Europe; lead guitarist in well known Celtic rock band Shannon and double bass player for One Horse Pony, Kylie Minogue impersonator touring Greece and Oman; an Honorable Mention Award via an American Songwriting Competition; an MA in Musical Education specializing in double bass and lead vocalist for top Cork function band Arkadia.
One is a Manchester/Irish Pixie, the other is a Polish King, together they perform a truly dynamic set of acoustic soul, country and blues. Together they are Pixie and The King!
