The band „Gaelien" formed in spring 2013 around the compositions of David Galien during
the recordings of his album „The Mandala Years".
The versatility and the deep musical background of each band member soon caused a
homogenuous, musically creative sound spectrum, which enchants the public not only
acoustically but also visually with their deep variety of instrumentation. Gaelien are
exploring new paths in the fields of acoustic Folk and Pop, (whilst still producing a dense
athmosphere which keeps the audience in a magic flow during their performance and
rythmic experience which still keeps the listeners in a state of magic).
With this fusion of personalities on one side, and the variety of instruments and musical
styles on the other, „Gaelien" are setting new standards in their field.
