Regina Ferguson is an old soul musician for a new generation. Born in the suburbs of Philadelphia, this singer/ songwriter developed her deeply-rooted love for music at a very early age. She transitioned from singing in musicals as a young child to studying vocal performance, specifically Opera, at the University of South Carolina where she recently performed Italian, French, German, and Spanish songs in her senior vocal recital. Regina works diligently to shape a musical identity influenced by her love of jazz and acoustic guitar. Her sound is sultry and rich, and has been related to artists such as Adele and Ella. Hers is a sound for all generations -- timeless and classic. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Performing Arts from the University of South Carolina in December 2012. While at USC she studied classical music and performed her enticing songs as a solo singer/ songwriter in local bars and restaurants. She currently resides in Charleston, South Carolina where she plans to continue her musical growth and develop her passion for music into a life-long career.
