Vinyl Suicide is a five-piece band based in Athens, Greece, formed in the spring of 2009. The band mixed diverse influences to shape a sound that they sarcastically like to call suicide pop.
They use rock, pop, post and electronic sounds and voices creating "music and words that compile the soundtrack of the reality [they] prefer to live in". In 2013 Vinyl Suicide released their debut EP, ¨6.40 a.m. (On Lycabettus)¨ on The Sound Of Everything Records, and in January 2014 ¨Safely Blind again¨ will be released as a digital single, which will be also included in their forthcoming album titled Homeward Bound.

Οι Vinyl Suicide σχηματίστηκαν την Άνοιξη του 2009 στην Αθήνα. Συνέθεσαν τις ετερόκλητες επιρροές τους για να οδηγηθούν στον ήχο που σχεδόν ειρωνικά και αυτάρεσκα ονομάζουν suicide pop, χρησιμοποιώντας rock, pop, post και ηλεκτρονικούς ήχους και φωνές, δημιουργώντας «μουσική και λέξεις που συνθέτουν το soυndtrack της πραγματικότητας στην οποία [προτιμούν] να [ζουν]». To 2013 κυκλοφόρησαν το debut EP τους, 6.40 Α.Μ. (On Lycabettus), στην The Sound Of Everything, Οι Vinyl Suicide ηχογραφούν το album τους με τίτλο Homeward Bound, το οποίο θα κυκλοφορήσει από την The Sound Of Everything. Τον Ιανουάριο του 2014, το Safely Blind Again θα κυκλοφορήσει ως digital single, το οποίο θα συμπεριλαμβάνεται στο επερχόμενο album με τίτλο Homeward Bound.
