Ticket to the moon is a bitter sweet melancholic love song. Will our beloved accept to cross the borders of our own secret world?
Silvia & the Fishes on Friday are Silvia (vocal, acoustic guitar) and Guido (vocal, acoustic guitar, ukulele, glockenspiel, melodica).
They come from Udine, a small city in the north east of Italy, and play acoustic indie/folk and their songs sound like Scandinavian and English singer songwriting folk, genre that in their tracks coexist harmoniously with rhythmic and percussive guitars.
In 2011 they produced their first EP and in December 2012 they released the first complete CD, "Fishes Bowl", edited by the Japanese Signpole Records.
In 2013 they played as opening band for Maximilian Hecker and Felix Räuber in Wien, while between 2013 and 2014 they played some gigs with the Rue Royale.
At the end of December they flew to Japan for a tour of Tokyo and surroundings.
