THE WAVES
The band was founded at the summer 2012 as the family duo of Germina Gordienko – percussion player of Snega and Mitia Khramtsov – fiddle player of Dobranotch.
“That summer we spent great time at our friend’s farm in Finland. We stayed in the sauna by the lake. There, right on the beach, we played a little concert for his ninety-five year old grandmother and her friends from the nursing home. Together we baked pancakes, drank coffee and admired the lake. Soon after this old grandmother died. Then we decided to start a band"
The debut performance of the band was held April 20, 2013 in Saint-Petersburg club
“Da Da", at DaDaDub party, where we were joined by bassist Artem Kalinin ("OVRDBD") and guitarist Roman Shinder ("Opa!", "Dobranoch")
The band is currently acts as a duo, and preparing to release their debut album, with the participation of Russian dub veteran Dmitry Vasiliev (Caribace Dub Club).

ВОЛНЫ
Группа «Волны» появилась летом 2012 года как семейный дуэт Гермины Гордиенко - перкуссионистки группы «Снега» и Мити Храмцова - скрипача группы «Добраночь».
«Летом мы отдыхали на хуторе у друга в Финляндии. Мы жили в бане на берегу озера. Там, прямо на берегу, мы сыграли небольшой концерт для его девяностопятилетней бабушки и ее друзей из дома престарелых. Мы вместе пекли блины, пили кофе и любовались на озеро. Вскоре бабушка умерла. Тогда мы решили организовать группу»
Дебютное выступление группы "Волны" состоялось 20 Апреля 2013 года в питерском клубе
"Da Da", на вечеринке DaDaDub, где к нам присоединились басист Артем Калинин ("OVRDBD") и гитарист Роман Шиндер ("Опа!","Добраночь")
В настоящее время группа выступает как дуэт и готовит к выпуску дебютный альбом, при участии ветерана русского даба Дмитрия Васильева (Caribace Dub Club).
