Nizlopi are Luke Concannon and John Parker, a duo best know for their 2005 number one hit ‘The JCB Song’. A folk, hip-hop, soul band, who have toured the UK relentlessly, encouraging people to up rise, sing, dance and jam with them.
These two have a deep, connection; John is a virtuoso Double Bassist/Human beat boxer, a Guitarist, and singer. Luke plays acoustic guitar, and sings and writes from his depths. With Two albums and Four Ep’s to their name, and new songs being written all the time, (and Luke’s Solo record ‘Give It All’) they have a broad cannon of work. Ed Sheeran is one of many young artists who site Nizlopi as a major influence on their music.
Art is about waking people up, with joy, aliveness and the truth. This is the mission, Nizlopi hope to see you at a gig to work on it with them this November!
