He went to the United States to pursue a career in music at the age of 20.
During his six-year stay in Minneapolis, through soul music and hip-hop..., he learned the wonderfulness of music from friends.
In the third winter, however, he was seriously injured in his neck in an accident.
It caused him symptoms that can not be solved by medical care. Depending on medicine, he graduated from the university and went back to Japan.
After that, without relying on medical care, he learned and practiced the way of rehabilitation by himself. As a result, he began to recover little by little.
Now that he finished his about 13-year rehabilitation life, he starts his new music life.
The songs of JIINO who passed through intense experience affect people's hearts.
He is now energetically working not only as a singer, but also on TVCM, film music, and narration.
20歳で音楽の道に進むために渡米。
ミネアポリスに6年間滞在し、SOULやHIPHOP音楽・・・音楽の素晴らしさを仲間達から学ぶ。ところがアメリカ3年目の冬、事故で首の大怪我をしてしまう。
医療では解決出来ないような症状が現れ、薬に頼りながら大学を卒業し、帰国する。医療に頼らず、自分自身でリハビリを学び始め、少しずつ回復していく。約13年間のリハビリ生活を終えた後、今、新たな音楽生活をスタートさせる。
壮絶な経験を経たJIINOの歌は人の心に響く。
今ではシンガーだけでなく、TVCM、映画音楽、ナレーション、と精力的に活動している。
