Macanache (Constantin-Bogdan Dinescu ) is a genuine hip-hop artist born in Bucharest, Romania!
He rose to popularity as an independent artist, in 2015 when he launched "Asta sunt eu". His style is relaxed and very sincere with vulgar and 'thug-like' language on an educational comical tone. He is a master in the art of "Freestyle Off The Dome", a genuine character of his time.
He never had an easy life. Born in the romanian “Bronx”, Titan neighbourhood (POARTA 4 FAUR) he lived there until he was 14 years old. Forced by financial shortcomings, his family had to sell their house and move in a one bedroom appartament in Berceni. He used to be a succesfull gymnast but he quit at 14. His home situation made him spend alot of time in the streets. Growing up with restraints toughened him up and made him wiser.
“Maca” is more than an unusual character, he is a beautiful man, really interesting and bright. Life taught him to become resourceful and gymnastics made him a perfectionist. His wisdom and artistry blend to provide a true, real message. We are glad to witness the rise of such a meaningful and complex artist.
Macanache has enough songs to make “3 albums or more” but he didn’t want to become part of this industry. Maybe, some day... soon, he’ll release a studio material, probably under his own label. ;)
The Putreds came as a natural extension. They initially joined Macanache for one of his songs, but the time spent together generated some more music. Macanache & The Putreds are now more than an Mc with a band, they are a HipHop Family.
Macanache & The Putreds performed the song “Interzis” (Forbidden) for BalconyTv Bucharest and the energy of the moment was genuine and unique! :)

This summer, Macanache & The Putreds will be playing at Spellground Festival.
"Spellground is the newest festival in Romania. A land that comes to life this year for 72 unforgettable hours to mix the four main elements, Earth, Sun, Wind and Water with a 5th one: Your Good Vibe.
There will be live music, art performances, workshops, great food and lots of WOWs in front of the 3 Spellground concert stages: Main, Electro & Newcomers, all happening in a secret location, to be announced. It's right near the Black Sea Coast. And it's taking place on 12-14 August."
