2009, Mirco (14) and Steven (31) met each other for the very first time at Samhain, in the afternoon, to practice together for the gig they played in the evening. Ivo E. (32) who has initiated the trio, couldn't manage an earlier fusion. The performance was awful, but just the beginning. Now, years later, Mirco and Ivo E. call them "Mirco Schifferle Band" when they touring without their bassist.
2013 Mirco recorded an album with 19 songs named "Du nervsch!" ("you suck!") that Ivo E. produced (published 2014).
What about their music? Both of them are "Liedermacher" (like singer & -songwriter are called in the language they write). They influence each other in their songwriting and try to perfect their work. So the lyrics are sometimes evil, sarcastic or kitschy, but never coincidental and without humor.
Mirco plays Guitar when he sings. Ivo E. sings while he plays on one of his several instruments or everyday objects.
