Julinko è un progetto nato a Praga da Giulia Parin Zecchin, autrice dei testi e delle canzoni in collaborazione con Carlo Veneziano (One Dimensional Man), co-arrangiatore e polistrumentista. Attualmente Julinkosi esibisce come duo con voci, chitarre, timpano, fisarmonica. Julinko ha all' attivo due album: Hidden Omens (Stoned to Death, 2015) e il recente Sweet Demon uscito con l'etichetta sarda Tiny Speaker il 10 Ottobre 2016. La musica e i concerti di Julinko sono state spesso definite come esperienze ipnotiche e rituali dove sonorità aspre e antiche melodie s'incontrano,evocando mondi di simboli e miti. Il duo si è esibito in vari paesi europei (Rep.Ceca, Germania, Francia, Portogallo, Svizzera, Paesi Baschi, Croazia, Spagna,Italia), suonando di supporto a band come Xiu Xiu, the Cosmic Dead, Insect Ark, 40 Watt Sun... ecc.
Julinko is a project born in Prague from Giulia Parin Zecchin (author of songs and lyrics) along with Carlo Veneziano (multi-instrumentalist, co-arranger). The duo performs with the use of voices, electric guitars, minimal drum, accordion, percussions. Julinko released two albums: Hidden Omens (Stoned to Death, 2015) and Sweet Demon (Tiny Speaker, 2016). Julinko's music and performances have often been described as intense hypnotical experiences where arsh distorsions and ancient melodies blend together to evoke worlds of symbols and myths, passion and despair, lights and shadows. The duo performed in different European countries (Italy, Czech Republic, Germany France, Portugal, Switzerland, Croatia, Spain, Basque Country) playing as support for bands like Xiu Xiu, the Cosmic Dead, Insect Ark, 40 Watt Sun...ecc. At the present time Julinko is working on a new record.
