KILL AMIGO is a garage-punk band established in Lima, Perú on 2016. Since that year they’ve been playing numerous concerts and making a name for themselves in the wild Peruvian-underground punk scene.
Their raw and in-your-face sound mixed with melodic guitars really captivates the audience ears and attention.
Among their influences, you can find foreign bands such as Nirvana, FIDLAR, Wavves and Descendents. Also local bands such as Los Saicos, G3, Los Yorks.
In barely a year, KILL AMIGO has been really productive. They’ve released a Split record containing 2 songs with another Peruvian band called 16-Bits and also released their debut album called “El Filin ha Muerto”. This album (edited by Anti-rudo Records) was recorded live and has had great responsiveness in the Peruvian crowd and press.
Without a doubt KILL AMIGO is a great band to keep an eye on for South-american punk.
