Sol Mihanovich es cantante y compositora. Nació en abril de 1982 en Buenos Aires, Argentina. Su infancia estuvo rodeada de música: creció entre recitales y ensayos de su padre: Vane Mihanovich (compositor y pianista), y de su tía: Sandra Mihanovich (cantante). Esto despertó un temprano interés por la música, que desembocó en sus estudios de guitarra, a los 5 años, con zambas y canciones de rock nacional que le enseñaba su mamá.
En el 2007 Sol inició su proyecto como solista con canciones de su autoría. En su música se mezclan melodías personales con imágenes reflexivas, sonidos acústicos con rasgos modernos, que dan como resultado canciones con un sello propio.
Ya en 2012, después de muchos escenarios recorridos y con muchas canciones nuevas, graba El Juego (Epsa Music), su primer LP, que fue nominado a los Premios Gardel como Mejor Album Nuevo Artista Pop. En 2015, Sol está dedicada a la edición de su tercer disco de estudio, Suerte, que fue grabado a fines de 2014 y contiene 10 tracks, entre ellos, el que da nombre al disco.
Sol Mihanovich is a singer songwriter born in April 1982 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Her childhood was filled with music: she grew up between shows and rehearsals, his father Vane Mihanovich (pianist and composer) and her aunt Sandra Mihanovich (singer). This awoke an early interest in music in her, she started with guitar lessons from her mum at age 5, learning zambas and argentinean rock songs.
In 2007 Sol started with her own solo project, with songs of her own. In her music we can sense personal melodies with reflective images, acoustic sounds with modern features, which result in unique songs.
In 2012, after a lot of touring and with a lot of new songs, she released her first album El Juego, nominated at the Premios Gardel as the Best New Artist Pop Album. In 2015, she released Suerte, with songs recorded in 2014, among them the track that gives name to the album.
