Military parade held in Mosul to celebrate victory over IS group

Mosul, which was the "capital" of the Islamic State (IS) group in Iraq for three years, celebrated Thursday "victory" over the jihadists during a military parade. Thousands of police, military and Hashed al-Shaabi forces, as well as a hundred armoured vehicles that had participated for nine months in bitter street fighting with IS, marched in the east of Iraq's second city.
