Decades in, stakes high in French airport vs farmland fight

  • il y a 6 ans
Plans have been in the works to build a regional airport in Notre-Dame-des-Landes since the 1970s -- and for nearly as long so have efforts to thwart construction. Now the government is expected to rule on the fate of the project, with stakes high on both sides of the conflict.
