Property developer, SP Setia expects sales to be flat or slightly lower at 4.6 billion ringgit for the financial year ending Oct 31st, 2015.
The lower projection came about after the company missed its sales target of 5 billion ringgit in the just-ended fiscal year amid weaker market sentiment.
