AirAsia abolishes fuel surcharge

AirAsia became of of the first airline in South East Asia to abolish fuel surcharge on the back of a sharp downtrend in global oil prices since the tail end of last year.
According to AMResearch, the fuel surcharge accounted for 18 per cent of total yields for the last two quarters.
