Vincent Tan's MOL Global files for U.S. IPO

Billionaire Vincent Tan filed with with US regulators on Monday to raise about 300 million dollars in an initial public offering for his online payment company MOL Global Inc.
Also known as Money Online, MOL is expanding in southeast Asia and plans to tap into the government's push to drive e-payments, in preparation for the Goods and Services Tax (GST) that starts next year.
