Volunteers scan the streets of Caracas looking for homeless people to help. Inviting them into the fully converted 'Panabus', they are offered a shower, food, medical treatment and clean clothes. The initiative is a welcome help in times of severe food and medical shortages, allowing the homeless to take a short break from their hardship in the streets.
