Brian McDermott has told talkSPORT he couldn't be more delighted at the way his Reading side have bounced back from play-off final disappointment last season.

The Royals lost out to Swansea at Wembley last May, but have gone one better this time around by confirming a place in the Premier League via automatic promotion.

McDermott also revealed that he wants his team to finish the job now and win the league title.
