French Fries marks his return to Parisian label ClekClekBoom with his new release featuring two rhythmic weapons. Our top pick "Working on a Dream" opens the EP. Dreamlike synths and coin-dropping bells glitter overhead as drum pads and a steady bassline keep us grounded ? all teamed alongside some analog bugs and machine malfunctions, due to Mr. Fries' choice to record the track on a glitchy tape before mastering. A slightly unconventional artistic touch to a powerful-yet-fragile cut for the dancefloor.

Working on a Dream / Shades of Light [CCB020] is out on vinyl on 7th December, and digitally on the 11th.
