This equipment has more advantage then a punch bag. The pads can be adjusted to your height as well as being able to move the pads at the right angle for your training purpose. This is a 2nd edition design. If you have tried or seen the 1st one, this new one is made with much stronger metal and better build design for long lasting. Master Wong receives a Punch Master for testing. He shows you what it looks like when it gets delivered to you. He shows you what the contents contain and how to put the punch Master together.
Master Wong builds the Punch Master gradually and to see how the punch Master comes together. After reassembling it all together Master Wong then demonstrates how the punch master can be used still unattached to the wall.
