In a Greek derby full of intensity, Panathinaikos Superfoods Athens grabbed its first road win in the 2017-18 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague season by edging archrivals Olympiacos Piraeus 62-70 in the Peace and Friendship Stadium on Friday. Panathinaikos improved to 4-2 in the regular season standings while Olympiacos dropped to 4-2 after registering its first road loss.
