1987 Psyche-Out (Deceptive Warfare) G.I. Joe review

BEWARE: Halloween Episode!!!!
This is a review of the G.I. Joe's version of Dr. Mindbender; Psyche-Out. A very odd looking figure with odd looking accessories and an odd specialty. If the whole "psy-ops" sounds interesting to you, I would suggest tracking down the 3rd version of this character from the Super Sonic Fighters sub-line. It's better looking with better accessories.
