Although his approval ratings are historically low, much of Donald Trump's base remains steadfastly loyal to him. Ironically, the community of Clinton, Arkansas, voted heavily for Trump - for varied reasons, but most center around the idea that the New York billionaire is understanding of their concerns instead of dismissing them and their demographic.
