Airplane terminal valet took holidaymaker's auto on 131mph joyride: 'I was angry'
A HOLIDAYMAKER dropped off his auto with an air terminal's valet stopping administration and later found the vehicle was gone up against a 131mph joyride. Film demonstrates the speeding happened only 45 minutes after Mr Beckerleg left his auto with a driver at the air terminal before an outing to Portugal. The cut likewise demonstrates the staff part, who has since been terminated, when he opens a door to let the vehicle through. Mr Beckerleg, 30, of Gerrards Cross, Bucks, stated: "When anybody switches my auto on it logs heaps of various sorts of data from GPS, Gforce, the miles every hour, the date, time, everything. "I was entirely irritated when he did 70mph out of a 30mph zone. However, when I saw 131mph I was livid." A representative stated: "Gatwick Air terminal and our auto stop administrator Empark assume its liability to care for vehicles exceptionally seriously.
