Storm brings severe flooding to parts of Hamburg, Germany

A storm has hit northern Germany flooding parts of Hamburg and submerging a dozen cars.

According to the filmer, the areas close the port was the worst affected and it was there on Sunday that the vehicles could be seen in several feet of water.
