Bulgogi Gimbap Ingredients\r
Makes 6 to 7 (Serves 2 to 4)\r

For Bulgogi\r
8 oz beef, cut into thin small strips\r
1 Tbs soy sauce\r
1 Tbs mirin\r
1 Tbs sugar\r
1 tsp sesame oil\r
1/4 tsp black pepper\r

For Egg Omelet\r
4 eggs\r
1 tsp salt\r
1 tsp cooking oil\r

For Carrot\r
1 Tbs oil \r
6 oz carrot, shredded \r
1 tsp salt \r
1/2 tsp black pepper\r

For Rest of Filling\r
6 to 7 imitation crabmeat, cut into halves into lengthwise \r
5 oz Danmooji (Korean yellow pickled radish), cut into 6 to 7 long sticks\r

3 cups warm cooked short or medium grain rice\r
1 tsp salt\r
1 tsp sugar\r
1/2 tsp black pepper\r
1 Tbs sesame oil\r
1 tsp sesame seeds\r
