Nokia 6 Starts Receiving Android 7.1.2 Nougat Update: Report

Nokia licensee HMD Global seems to be keeping its promise of regular updates for its new Android smartphones. Nokia 6, the original comeback smartphone for the iconic brand, is now receiving Android 7.1.2 Nougat update that brings with it the October Android security update, users report. Apart from bumping the version to 7.1.2, the new update weighs around 665MB and is available over-the-air also brings improved system stability and user interface enhancements. Considering that the new update has just started rolling out, it could take some time to reach all Nokia 6 users.
