BulletProof Intermittent Fasting ( AKA BP-IF ) Is the staple in how I rock the BP-Diet! \r
The Whole idea is you eat your last meal by 8pm ( or 3 hours before your bed time ). Upon waking, have a cup of BulletProof Coffee ( link below ) and have you 1st meal around 2pm ( 6 hours after waking) This should put you around a 16-18 hour fast. What fasting does, especially during Ketosis, is cause your body to burn fat for energy to sustain you. Your getting calories/fast from the BPC but it does NOT break your fast as you do not have any carbs/protein to spike your blood sugar and put yourself into carb burning mode. BP-IF keeps your body in fasted-fat-burning mode for 16-18 hours everyday! Its almost like cheating you lose weight so easily. ;)\r
