With the regular season almost finished and the playoffs about to begin, Mo, Jinno, and Aaron hand out the year-end awards in Ball Hogs' 19th episode.
They select the members of the three All-NBA teams, and also pick their choices for Coach of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, Sixth Man of the Year, and Most Improved Player.
The hosts compare Russell Westbrook's historical 2016-2017 season with the record-setting season that Steph Curry had last year and debate which one is better. The end of the regular season also provided the hosts with an opportunity to examine the league's best and worst contracts.
Finally, Gilas-Pilipinas' mantra of 'Puso' is discussed, and whether or not a new battlecry is needed in order for the country to attain its goal of qualifying for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
In One-on-One, Spongecola vocalist Yael Yuzon takes on Jinno and passionately makes the case against Westbrook winning MVP (using an office setting analogy), while Mo goes up against another caller regarding the issue of making late game baskets with the outcome already decided.
