These Smores Cream Puffs would be the perfect Fathers Day treat for any dad that loves camping (or dessert)! :D Enjoy, and make sure to share pictures of your treats on Facebook and Instagram with the hashtag #kawaiisweetworld! \r \r ♥ Facebook: \r ♥ Instagram: \r ♥ Channel: \r \r Cream Puff Recipe (makes about 20 cream puffs)\r \r Ingredients\r ½ cup (1 stick) butter\r 1 cup water\r ¼ tsp salt\r 1 cup flour\r 4 eggs\r \r Directions\r 1. Preheat oven to 425 F.\r 2. Place butter and water in medium saucepan, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. As soon as mixture comes to a boil, remove from heat and stir in salt and flour until mixture forms a ball\r 3. Stir in eggs one at a time, working quickly so eggs dont scramble.\r 4. Place batter into pastry bag, and pipe out cream puffs. Bake for 20-25 minutes (do not underbake)!\r \r Pastry Cream\r 2 packages instant vanilla pudding mix\r 2 cups heavy cream\r 1 cup milk\r \r Directions:\r Stir ingredients together, then place in fridge until ready to use (mixture will thicken).\r \r Note: This is not a “true” pastry cream, but its easy, quick, and in my opinion, just as good :-)\r Mousse Directions\r \r Chocolate Glaze\r 4 T butter\r ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips\r 2 tsp light corn syrup\r \r Directions\r Melt butter in the microwave.
