Arnold Classic Recap 04 | The Super Yoke

In this video I recap the Arnold Super Yoke event. I finished first in this event with a time of 8.9 seconds. The Bale Tote weighed in at 1544 lb. or 700 kg. this year, which like many of the events was much heavier than years past. I hope you enjoy the video.\r
