SAUDI PIZZA RECIPE:\r

Ingredients:\r
400G MINCED MEAT\r
1TBSP YEAST\r
2 TBSP SALT\r
2 EGG\r
3/4th CUP OLIVE OIL\r
1 1/2 TBSP GHEE OIL\r
1 BIG CHOPPED ONIONS\r
13 TBSP TAHINA\r
8 TBSP WHITE VINEGAR\r
2 TBSP BLACK VINEGAR\r
1 TBSP GRINDED GARLIC\r
5 STANDS CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS\r
1 STALK GREEN LEEKS\r
½ STALK GREEN CORRIANDER\r

Recipe:\r
1) In a cup add yeast, pinch of salt, sugar, and little room temperature water. Mix well and cover and leave for 5 to 10 minutes.\r
2) In a dough mixer, add 2 cups of flour, ½ TBSP salt, half a cup of olive oil, 1 TBSP ghee oil, add yeast mixture, 1 egg. Mix well, add water little by little till get a very soft consistency. Cover with plastic bag and leave aside to rest.\r
3) On medium high heat add minced meat, and cook till water evaporates. Add chopped onions, ½ tbsp. salt, and cook till all water dries. \r
4) On round oven pan, spread ghee oil, and spread the dough in the pan. Make sure the sides of the dough are thicker. Poke some holes with a fork, cover with a plastic bag and let it rest for 30 minutes.\r
5) In a plastic bowl, add 10 tbsp tahini, 8 tbsp white vinegar, 2 tbsp black vinegar, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp grinded garlic. Mix well and add water a little e bit at a time till you get a medium consistency.\r
6) Add green onions, green leeks, minced meat and green coriander with tahini mix. Add each a little at a time, to make it easier to mix.\r
7) In a small bowl, add 3 tbsp of tahini mix with water, for next step.\r
8) Flatten dough more, and add meat mixture in the middle. Turn the sides of dough over onto the meat. Add tahini water mix, add more meat.\r
9) Bring egg yolk, spread over the dough, and the remaining pour in the middle.\r
10) Heat in the oven on medium high heat for 30 to 40 minutes.\r
