Alton Towers SW8 Construction Update - 12th September 2017

Join us as we follow the construction of the new wooden roller coaster, set to open at Alton Towers in spring 2018. Manufactured by Great Coasters International, the ride will be located on the site of the old log flume, a ride that was demolished during late 2016.
This week we take a look at the latest construction taking place in the middle of the site with more wooden bents going into position. As the large theming structure continues to rise we take a closer look at the statue that's currently going into place.
