In this tutorial, I demonstrate how to make Bride and Groom chocolate covered strawberries with an alcoholic twist. You dont have to use alcohol obviously, even orange juice droppers would work nicely for the kiddies. \r

The recipe:\r
Large strawberries\r
White chocolate, however much to cover the strawberries. \r
Copha (or vegetable shortening that dries solid at room temperature, just to help make the chocolate fluid and to help stop it from seizing once we add gel food colour)\r
oil candy colour by Americolour (to stop the chocolate from seizing once we add gel food colour. Although I find that sometimes its not enough so I add copha as well)\r
Black Americolour soft food gel colour\r
\r
for the alcohol, I used Tia Maria mixed with orange juice. The droppers I bought on e-bay- A pack of 100 for less than $7, which was amazing. \r

Just a quick note, if after pressing the air out of the tubes, the dripper STILL pushes its way out of the strawberry, then what you need to do is insert an empty dripper, remove it from the strawberry (so it takes the inside chunk of the strawberry with it), and then insert your alcohol infused dripper into the strawberry again. Remember to pinch all the same. This should stop them from popping out. \r
