Revitalized UP Resilience Institute launched with NOAH as core component

The UP Resilience Institute was launched on Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at the Bahay ng Alumni at the UP Diliman campus in Quezon City. The Nationwide Operational Assessment of Hazards (NOAH) is a core component of the institute, which has Dr. Mahar Lagmay as its executive director. (Video and editing by RYAN LEAGOGO)
