Two nights after 'Lawin', family in Penablangca still waiting for relief goods

Members of Tungcul family of Peñablanca, Cagayan, recount their experience when Supertyphoon "Lawin" made landfall on Wednesday night. More than two days after the landfall, they said they haven't received a single piece of relief good, like noodles.
