Petitioners call Marcos burial in Libingan as 'bayad utang'

A member of the Coalition Against the Marcos Burial in Libingan ng mga Bayani has called the burial of the late dictator Ferdinand Marcos in national pantheon as "bayad utang," saying that President Duterte already admitted that the Marcoses gave a hefty donation for his campaign in the last elections.
