We live in a fairly new home, we had built less than five yrs ago, have had problems with the act that was put in from first year. The other local company could never figure out the problem, even though they built the system. We spent countless $$ trying to get repaired by the other company. Long story short, called Michael at Elite, he sent a technician and problem was fixed in a matter of hours. Very professional, courteous all around.
