踏切進入のトラック架線傷つけ…火花上がる

北海道のＪＲ千歳線の踏切に高さ制限超えたトラックが無理やり進入し架線を傷つけた。その瞬間の映像が公開された。
踏切に設置されたカメラがとらえた映像－。荷台に重機を載せ、高さ制限を超過したトラックが無理やり、踏切に進入し、重機の先端が２万ボルトの電圧がかかる架線に触れた。その瞬間、火花が車両全体を走り、タイヤも一瞬にしてパンクしてしまった。さらにトラックはもう１本の架線にも触れ、さらに火花があがった。
事故は３０日午後５時過ぎに発生。この影響で、空港と札幌市内を結ぶ快速列車など６１本の列車が運休。約１万５０００人に影響が出た。
ＪＲ北海道は踏切事故をなくすために、無理な踏切通行はせず踏切手前での一旦停止や安全確認など、基本的な交通ルールを守って欲しいとしている。

In JR Hokkaido, in order to eliminate a railroad crossing accident, I do not want excessive railroad crossing, but want to keep basic traffic rules such as stop temporarily before railroad crossing and check safety.
