David G. Bradley, chairman of Atlantic Media, will retain a minority stake and intends to continue running the magazine for the next three to five years. Peter Lattman, a managing director of media at Emerson Collective and a former media editor and deputy business editor at , will become vice chairman of The Atlantic.
