A Biju Janata Dal (BJD) MLA Manas Madkami from Odisha was carried on shoulders by his supporters to prevent his clothes and shoes from getting dirty. The men carried him across a muddy patch during a visit to his home constituency Malkangiri on Tuesday. The video of the incident has now gone viral.
