Bollywood actor and producer Farhan Akhtar feels that stories of former Indian cricketers Bishan Singh Bedi and Kapil Dev need to be told on big screen. During the trailer launch of Inside Edge, web series on cricket , when asked about which cricketer he would like to do a Biopic on, he said "We have a lot of players in India whose lives are interesting and inspiring to bring on screen, like Angad Bedi's father, Bishan Singh Bedi and Kapil Dev. I hope they give permission to share,".
