Small Valve Amp or Big Modelling Amp? Which is Better??

We wanted to see what whether we'd get a "better" amp if we spent the same money on a small valve amp or a big modelling amp! We could have chosen a variety of amps, but in the end we decided to pick a Vox AC10 (thats the small valve amp) & a Fender Mustang GT200 (thats the big modelling amp!).

We also allowed Rob to pick a couple of Tone City pedals (the Golden Plexi & the All Spark) because they are cheap & it allowed him to get a lot more gain than the AC10 actually has (hope that's not cheating!)

Rob is playing Lee's old HSH Fender Strat (the one that inspired the Chapman CAP10) & Lee is playing a 58 Les Paul reissue.

And if you haven't already seen the great new range of T Shirts Andertons is now selling, go here - https://www.andertons.co.uk/c/3117/t-shirts

Cheers
