All depends on the dress or jeans in question, and how it fits on the particular woman. A "little black dress" is likely to be sexier than a Laura Ashley dress, just as tight, low jeans are likely to be sexier than "mom jeans."
If a woman has an athletic build, yoga pants are damned sexy, too.
