As language professional, I believe that good communication is the key for a long-term relationship. I understand that in a fast-paced market, responsiveness is crucial, and so, I am happy to communicate by phone, text, Skype, e-mail or WhatsApp. What´s more, I know how important it is to respond quickly during daytime any questions I may be asked.
I take my job extremely seriously, and to respect deadlines are very important for me. Finally, no matter how many steps of quality assurance you have slotted for a project, as a linguist I always carefully proofread and check my own work, and am ultimately responsible for the quality of the translation.
