Housing Hartlepool has demonstrated the area’s community spirit with a day-long event to mark European Neighbours’ Day.
The company’s Phoenix Centre and Children’s Centre on the Central Estate were a hive of hustle and bustle thanks to a whole host of activity to promote the idea of being a good neighbour.
