A Malaysian driver who confused himself for a skilled race driver has been been detained after causing an accident on the Kuala Lumpur – Rawang Highway.
The man was caught on video driving recklessly in a Ford Fiesta before clipping a Toyota Vios.
The driver who caused the accident then fled the scene.
According to the police, the driver is a civil servant in his 20s.
