Jayalalitha returns as TN CM, but the road ahead is bumpy

J Jayalalithaa returns as Tamil Nadu chief minister today. She will take oath in the centenary hall of the Madras University at 11 am, along with 28 ministers, eight months after she was convicted in a corruption case and had to resign. But top bureaucrats and advisors of the AIADMK government said that this was just the first step back.
